Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the ventilation units or accessories you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely Package Items

  Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, brackets, and small parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the return label and RMA number clearly on the outer shipping box and send the package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the goods to ensure they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
